2.  Shipping fees are non-refundable.

3.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4.  Returns without a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will incur a 20% restocking fee.

5.  Returns that are obviously used will incur a 50% restocking charge.

6.  All returns must be received within 30 days of original shipment date.

7. We do not cross ship, if an item is being returned in exchange for another item, we will not ship the replacement until we receive the first item. 

8. We do not issue credit until we receive the return.
